Ingrédients

  • 400gr yogourt grec 0% nature
  • 4 cuillères à soupe sirop d'érable
  • 4 cuillères à soupe amandes effilées
  • 4 cuillères à soupe noix de coco non sucrée, râpée

Préparation

  1. Faire chauffer une poêle antiadhésive et y faire griller les amandes et mettre de côté.Dans la même poêle, faire également griller la noix de coco râpée et mettre de côté.
  2. Séparer la quantité de yogourt en quatre.Garnir le yogourt d'un quart du sirop d'érable, d'amandes et de noix de coco grillées.
