Ingrédients

  • 2 kg de fraises fraîches (ou dégongelé)
  • 2 kg de sucre blanc
  • 3/4 tasse d'eau

Préparation

  1. Laver et équeuter les fraises. Couper les fraises en morceaux d'égale grosseur. Stériliser vos pots et couvercles (6 pots de 250 ml).
  2. Faire chauffer le sucre et l'eau pour faire dissoudre le sucre. Ajouter les fraises quand le liquide commence a frémir et laisser bouillir 20 minutes.
  3. Mettre la préparation bouillante en pot et fermer le couvercle immédiatement. Laisser reposer les pots jusqu'à ce que le pot soit tiède.
