Ingrédients

  • 3/4 de tasse de crème sure
  • 3 c. à table de pâte du cari.
  • Cubes de porc

Préparation

  1. Mariner environ 1 heure. Réserver un peu de ce mélange comme sauce d'accompagnement. Cuire sur le BBQ. Servir avec un bon riz et des légumes grillés.
