Ingredients
- 4 to 6 PC meringue nests
- 500 ml (2 cups) fresh berries
- 2 ripe bananas
- 250 g (8 oz) cream cheese
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) honey
- To taste zest of one lime
Directions
- Place all ingredients except meringue nests in a food processor. Blend until a smooth and rich texture is obtained.
- Pour into meringue nests and refrigerate for a few minutes.
