Ingrédients

  • 2 avocats
  • 1 concombre en demi-lune
  • 1 petit pamplemousse rose sections
  • 1 petite orange en sections
  • 150 g (5oz) crevettes cuites, décortiquées
  • 60 ml (1/4 tasse) yogourt nature
  • 15 ml (1 c à table) jus de citron
  • 30 ml (2 c à table) sauce cocktail
  • sel, poivre, tabasco au goût.

Préparation

  1. Évider les avocats sans abîmer la coque. Couper la pulpe en morceaux. Réserver.
  2. Mélanger le reste des ingrédients. Incorporer la pulpe et farcir les coques d'avocat de ce mélange. Garnir d'un bouquet de persil.
