Ingrédients

  • 2 oeufs légèrement battus
  • 250 mL sirop de maïs
  • 5 mL vanille
  • 150 mL sucre
  • 30 mL huile de maïs
  • 5 mL jus de citron
  • 250 mL raisins secs ou de Corinthe
  • 12 fonds de tartelettes non cuites de 8 cm

Préparation

  1. Mélanger ensemble les oeufs, le sirop de maïs, la vanille, le sucre, l'huile de maïs et le jus de citron. Ajouter tout en brassant les raisins secs.
  2. Remplir les fonds de tartelettes au 2/3. Mettre au four à 400°F (200°C) pendant 20 minutes. La garniture doit paraître légèrement moins figée au centre.
