Tartare de saumon de l'Atlantique à la crème sure

  • 200 g (7 oz) saumon haché en dés
  • 15 ml (1 c. à table) échalotes hachées finement
  • 15 ml (1 c. à table) ciboulette ciselée
  • 15 ml (1 c. à table) huile d'olive extra vierge
  • 35 ml (1. c à soupe + 1 c. à thé) crème sure Liberté
  • 3 ml (1/3 c. à thé) wasabi
  • 3 ml (1/3 c. à thé) fleur de sel
  • 15 ml (1 c. à table) jus de citron
  • 2 ml (½ c. à thé) sucre

Tartare de saumon de l'Atlantique à la crème sure

  1. Dans un bol, mélanger tous les ingrédients ensemble et servir.
