Ingrédients

  • 1 pomelo pelé à vif, coupé en quartiers
  • 1/4 tasse jus de fruits non sucré
  • citron coupé en rondelles
  • 2 romarin
  • 1 raddichio déchiqueté
  • 1 bouquet de persil
  • 1 lb crevettes nordiques
  • 1/4 tasse aneth frais, haché finement
  • Au goût, sel et poivre

Préparation

  1. Dans un bol, déposer les quartiers de pomelo dans le jus de fruits non sucré, les rondelles de citron et le romarin. Réserver 20 minutes.
  2. Déposer les feuilles de raddichio et les bouquets de persil dans des assiettes de service.
  3. Garnir des quartiers de pomelo.Déposer les crevettes et saupoudrer avec l'aneth.
