Tarte aux bleuets Lac St-Jean

Ingrédients

  • 4 tasse de bleuets
  • 1 orange pressé
  • 2 tasses de sucre
  • 1 once Kirsh ou Rhum
  • 1 once fécule de maïs
  • 1 lb. pâte à tarte
  • Pâte brisée

Préparation

  1. Sur feu doux, cuire bleuets et sucre. Pressé l'orange et mélanger à la fécule. Ajouter fécule aux bleuets. Cessez la cuisson. Ajouter le Kirsh ou Rhum .
  2. Roulez 1 fond de tarte, mettre la garniture. Badigeonnez le contour avec 1a dorure. Recouvrir avec dessus de tarte, dorure. Cuire au four 30 min. à 300 F. ou bien doré. Dorure: 1 oeuf battu avec 50 ml. lait
