Ingrédients

  • 6 petits avocats
  • 24 crevettes cuites grosseur minimale 40-60
  • Aneth pour la décoration

Sauce

  • 250 mL [1 tasse] de mayonnaise
  • 125 mL [1/2 tasse] de sauce chili
  • 3,75 mL [3/4 de c. à thé] de sauce Worcestershire
  • 15 mL [1 c. à table] d'oignon râpé
  • 15 mL [1 c. à table] de persil émincé
  • 3,75 mL [3/4 de c. à thé] de raifort préparé

Préparation

  1. Couper les avocats en deux et retirer le noyau. Préparer la sauce. Ajouter les petites crevettes à la sauce. Placer le tout dans la cavité des avocats. Décorer avec l'aneth

Sauce

  1. Fouetter ensemble la mayonnaise, la sauce chili, la sauce Worcestershire, l'oignon, le persil et le raifort. Couvrir et réfrigérer.
