Fondue chinoise 1

Ingrédients

  • 2 boîtes 10 onces chacune de consommé de boeuf
  • 1/2 sachet de préparation pour soupe à l'oignon
  • 2 boîtes 10 onces chacune] d'eau
  • 1/2 bouteille =1 1/2 tasse de vin rouge
  • 2 c. à table] de concentré pour bouillon de boeuf
  • 4 feuilles de laurier
  • 4 pointes d'ail
  • 2 c. à table] de sauce chili
  • Sel et poivre, au goût

Préparation

  1. Faire chauffer tous les ingrédients pendant une demi-heure. Verser dans un plat à fondue et servir.
