Ingrédients

  • 3 tasses de lait chaud
  • 3 oeufs
  • 3/4 de tasse de sirop d'érable
  • 1 pincée de sel

Préparation

  1. Battre légèrement les oeufs. Ajouter le lait chaud, la pincée de sel et le sirop d'érable et bien mélanger.
  2. Verser le mélange dans de petits moules individuels et faire cuire dans un bain marie au four à 350°F jusqu'à consistance ferme, environ 30 à 40 minutes, démouler Refroidir et servir avec du sucre ou du sirop d'érable.
