Coulis de framboises 3

Ingrédients

  • 1 1/2 tasse de framboises surgelées non sucrées
  • sucre (1/10 du poids des framboises) ou selon votre goût
  • Le jus d'une orange
  • Le jus de 1/2 citron
  • 1 c. à thé de vanille

Préparation

  1. Faire bouillir tous les ingrédients pendant 3 minutes. Les liquéfier au mélangeur et passer au tamis.

Ce coulis de framboises rehaussera le dessert le plus ordinaire, tel un gâteau à la vanille ou une simple boule de crème glacée
