Poulet au poivron rouge

Ingrédients

  • 10 ml (2 c. à thé) moutarde forte
  • 450 g (1 lb) poitrines de poulet désossées, sans peau
  • 10 ml (2 c. à thé) huile
  • 5 ml (1 c. à thé) jus de citron
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) poivron rouge, coupé en dés

Préparation

  1. Étendre la moutarde sur la surface de la poitrine. Dans un poêle, chauffer l'huile. Faire dorer le poulet des deux côtés. Ajouter le jus de citron puis laisser cuire doucement. À la fin de la cuisson, ajouter le poivron pour réchauffer et servir.
