Tangy Barbeque Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (1 kg) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) French's® Mustard
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

  1. Place chicken in non-metallic dish. Whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour 1 cup (250 mL) sauce over chicken; marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Set aside remaining sauce.
  2. Grill or broil chicken 10 minutes, brushing with marinade, or until chicken is no longer pink inside. (Discard marinade.) Heat reserved sauce to boiling. Simmer 5 minutes until sauce thickens, stirring often. Serve with chicken.
