Herb Marinated Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Five Roses All Purpose Flour
  • 1 large LOOK®! Oven Bag
  • 1 (1.2-1.5 kg) boneless pork loin roast
  • 4 each medium potatoes and carrots, cut into 1in (2.5 cm) pieces
  • 1 large onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 bottle (354 ml) Renee's Gourmet? Herb Medley Marinade

Preparation

  1. Sprinkle flour in oven bag and place in 13x9in (33x23 cm) baking pan. Place pork and vegetables in bag. Pour marinade over all. Seal bag with plastic twist-tie and refrigerate 12-24 hours.
  2. Cut six 1/2in (1 cm) slits in top of bag. Proceed according to package directions. Bake at 325°F (160°C) about 1 1/2 hours or internal temperature registers 160°F (70°C) on instant read thermometer Slice pork and serve with vegetables and pan drippings.

Cook commentary

Serves 6-8.
