Ingredients
- 4 cups (1 L) torn salad greens
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 3 oz (100 g) thinly sliced Canadian Mozzarella cheese
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- Black olives (optional)
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) herb vinaigrette
Preparation
- Divide salad greens among 4 dinner plates. Arrange egg, Canadian Cheddar cheese, and tomato slices on top of lettuce, overlapping slices. Garnish with black olives. Drizzle dressing over top. Serve immediately.
