Tarte au sucre de l'île aux Coudres

Ingrédients

  • 1 ¾ tasse de cassonade
  • ¼ tasse de farine
  • ¼ tasse de beurre fondu
  • 3 oeufs
  • 1 lait Carnation de 385 ML
  • 1 tasse de crème 35%

Préparation

  1. Mélanger la cassonade, la farine, le beurre fondu, les oeufs, le lait Carnation et la crème, Bien mélanger. Verser la garniture dans une croûte à tarte non cuite.
  2. Cuire environ 30 minutes à 325F. (Moi j'ai fait cuire à 350 F et la prochaine fois je ferai pré-cuire mes fonds de tarte, (10 min. env.)
