Ingredients
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) PC Splendido Balsamic Vinegar
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) extra virgin olive oil
- To taste salt and pepper
- 1 small Boston lettuce, in bite size pieces
- 1 small radicchio, in bite size pieces
- 2 endives, in bite sized pieces
- 2 Bartlett pears, quartered
- 250 ml (1 cup) blue cheese, such as Bénédictin, crumbled
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) pecans, roasted and chopped
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar using an egg beater. While beating mixture, add olive oil in a drizzle until dressing reaches desired texture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- In a large salad bowl mix together all thee lettuce types with just enough dressing. Add remaining ingredients and toss gently. Serve immediately.
