  • 180 g (6 oz) unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 150 g (5 oz) black chocolate (with 70% cocoa)
  • 1 g (1 tbsp) whole pink peppercorns
  • 1 pinch piment d'Espelette (optional)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • To taste icing, homemade or store-bought
