Citrus Crunch Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 each: lemon, lime and orange
  • 1 pouch SHAKE'N BAKE Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)

Preparation

  1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Grate peel from fruit. Mix peel with coating mix, then use to coat chicken as directed on package.
  2. CUT fruit into thin slices. Arrange, in slightly overlapping rows, on bottom of foil-lined or parchment-lined 13x9-inch baking pan; top with chicken.
  3. BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with the fruit slices.

Serves: 4
L'écorce des agrumes (c'est-à-dire, la partie blanche qui se trouve sous le zeste) est très amère. Pour râper les zestes, il est donc préférable d'utiliser une râpe à main ou un zesteur, de manière à n'enlever que la partie colorée de la peau.
Pour une saveur moins acidulée, utilisez seulement la moitié des zestes râpés
