Ingrédients

  • 1 lb. de fettucine
  • 2 c. table de beurre
  • 1 tasse de crème 35% chaude
  • 4 c. table de Parmigiano Reggiano fraîchement râpé
  • Poivre noir du moulin

Préparation

  1. Faire cuire les pâtes de la façon habituelle et égoutter.
  2. Faire fondre le beurre dans un grand poêlon et y faire sauter les pâtes.Ajouter la crème 35% et le fromage. Poivrer au goût. Mélanger et cuire 1 minute
