Ingrédients
- 1 lb. de fettucine
- 2 c. table de beurre
- 1 tasse de crème 35% chaude
- 4 c. table de Parmigiano Reggiano fraîchement râpé
- Poivre noir du moulin
Préparation
- Faire cuire les pâtes de la façon habituelle et égoutter.
- Faire fondre le beurre dans un grand poêlon et y faire sauter les pâtes.Ajouter la crème 35% et le fromage. Poivrer au goût. Mélanger et cuire 1 minute
