									Ingredients
- 1 lb (500 g) ground turkey
 - 1/2 cup (125 mL) finely chopped red onion
 - 1 egg, beaten
 - 2 tbsp (30 mL) breadcrumbs
 - 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh coriander
 - Pepper
 - Tabasco sauce
 - Worcestershire sauce
 - 4 to 6 hamburger buns
 - Canadian Gruyère cheese slices
 - Tomato slices
 - Dill pickle slices
 
Yogurt and Coriander Sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain yogurt
 - 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped tomato
 - 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
 - 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh coriander
 - 1 tsp (5 mL) horseradish
 - 1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
 - Salt and pepper
 
Preparation
- In large bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, egg, breadcrumbs and coriander. Season to taste with pepper, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
 - Form into 4 to 6 even patties. Cook on lightly oiled grill over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Just 2 minutes before patties are done, top each burger with 1 slice of Canadian Gruyère cheese.
 - Close barbecue lid and continue cooking. Lightly toast buns. Serve burgers with tomato and pickle slices, and top with yogurt and coriander sauce. Serve with green salad or home-made French fries
 
Yogurt and Coriander Sauce
- In small bowl, mix all ingredients and season to taste. Keep in refrigerator.
