Ingredients
- 1 pkg (440 g) Betty Crocker® Supreme Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on package
- 1 cup (250 mL) crushed nut brittle or toffee bits (4 oz/125 g)
- 6 cups (1.5 L) vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Betty Crocker® Soft Whipped Deluxe Chocolate Frosting
Preparation
- Prepare brownies according to package directions. Spread in 13x9in (33x23 cm) baking pan, greased on bottom only. Bake at 350°F (180°C) 22-27 minutes. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.
- Stir nut brittle into ice cream; spoon over brownie base, smoothing top.
- In small saucepan over low heat, melt frosting; stir well. Drizzle over ice cream. Freeze 2 hours or until firm. Cut into bars to serve.
