Ingrédients

  • 4 beaux filets de sole pas trop minces
  • du beurre
  • 1/2 tasse de noisettes moulues
  • sel
  • 1 oeuf battu
  • 1/2 tasse de lait

Préparation

  1. Saupoudrez d'une pincée de sel chaque filet. Mélangez le lait et l'oeuf battu
  2. Trempez les filets dans ce mélange lait oeuf. Passez dans les noisettes moulues.
  3. Fondre un peu de beurre et d'huile dans une poêle. Y faire frire les filets de poisson jusqu'à doré.

Cook commentary

Servir ces filets accompagnés de pointes d'asperges en sauce hollandaise.
