Ingrédients

  • 4 jaunes d'oeufs
  • 1 boîte de lait Eagle Brand
  • 1/2 tasse de jus de citron Mayer
  • 1 abaisse de tarte pré-cuite

Préparation

  1. Battre les jaunes d'oeufs au fouet et ajouter le lait Eagle Brand ainsi que le jus de citron. Verser dans l'abaisse de pâte à tarte.
  2. Enfourner à 325°f environ 20 minutes. Laisser au frigo un bon trois heures avant de déguster..
