Ingrédients

  • Cuire des oignons tranchés dans du beurre avec des dés de céleri.
  • Ajouter de l'eau et du bouillon de poulet en poudre et environ 2 c. à thé de farine.
  • Quand le céleri est cuit ex: laisser refroidir.
  • Passer au mélangeur en rajoutant de la crême 35%.
  • Sel & poivre, au goût

Préparation

  1. crème de tomates
  2. brocoli,
  3. patates pilées
  4. choux-fleur
  5. poireau.
