Biscuits au chocolat 2

Ingrédients

  • 2-1/4 tasses de farine
  • 1 cuil. thé soda
  • 1 tasse de beurre
  • 3/4 tasse de cassonade
  • 1/4 tasse de sucre
  • 1 paquet pour pouding au chocolat
  • 2 oeufs
  • 1 cuil. thé vanille
  • 2 tasses de brisures de chocolat
  • 1 tasse de noix (facultatif)

Préparation

  1. Crémer le beurre, ajouter la cassonade, le sucre puis la pouding. Ajouter les oeufs, un à la fois, la vanille, le mélange de farine et les chippits. Cuire au four à 350F. 10 à 12 minutes.

Délicieux, ces biscuits restent moelleux. Un régal !!
Note: On peut changer la saveur du pouding, soit vanille, caramel au goût.
