Roulés de pétoncle, proscuitto

Ingrédients

  • 10 gros pétoncles
  • 10 tranches de proscuitto
  • 10 branches de romarin
  • Zeste de 1 citron
  • Noisettes hachées
  • sel, poivre du moulin

Préparation

  1. Rouler les pétoncles à crue dans une tranche de proscuitto, piqué avec une branche de romarin.
  2. Cuire à la poêle et ajouter un zeste de citron et quelques noisettes hachées au moment de servir....
