Ingrédients

  • Une longe de porc (moi env. 2 kilos)
  • 1 oignon émincé
  • 1 boîte de sauce aux canneberges (avec fruits)
  • 1 tasse de sirop d'érable
  • 1 tasse de vin blanc

Préparation

  1. Mettre le tout a la mijotteuse, et laisser mijotter 6 a 8 heures a low.. Au service, on peu épaissir la sauce avec un peu de fécule de mais. Servir avec purée de pommes de terres et légumes.
