Avocado Ranch Salad

ingredient

  • 8 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 3/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1 yellow or orange pepper, sliced
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Peppercorn Ranch Dressing

Preparation

  1. TOSS lettuce with onions, peppers and avocados in large bowl.
  2. ADD dressing; mix lightly.
  3. SERVE immediately

How To Keep Salad CrispChill salad plates before using. This will help to keep the salad crisp throughout the meal.

Make-AheadTo make salad ahead, simply toss the lettuce with the onions and peppers in large bowl, then cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Add remaining ingredients just before serving; mix lightly.
