Confiture de carottes

Ingrédients

  • 4 tasses de carottes râpées
  • 4 tasses de jus d'orange
  • le jus de 1 citron
  • 3 tasse de sucre
  • 1 c. à thé de cannelle

Préparation

  1. Dans une grande casserole en acier inox, mélangez les carottes et les jus. Portez à ébullition. Réduisez à feu moyen et laissez mijoter 30 minutes.
  2. Ajoutez le sucre, la canelle, et mélangez. Poursuivre la cuisson environ 30 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que la préparation ait la consistance d'une marmelade.
  3. Versez dans des pots chauds....
