Ingrédients

  • 1 tasse huile d'olive
  • 3 gousses d'ail, écrasées et hachées
  • 3 échalotes sèches, finement hachées
  • 1/2 tasse de jus de citron
  • 1/2 c à thé romarin moulu
  • 1/2 c à thé origan
  • sel et poivre

Préparation

  1. Bien incorporer tous les ingrédients dans un petit bol. Verser la marinade sur l'agnea ou le poisson. Réfrigérer toute la nuit.
  2. Avant la cuisson; égoutter la marinade et la réserver pour le badigeonnage.
