Muffins croustillants aux pommes et canneberges

Ingrédients:Garniture

  • ¼ tasse cassonade
  • ¼ tasse amande haché
  • 3 cuil. table gruau
  • ½ cuil, thé cannelle
  • 1 cuil. table margarine

Muffin

  • 2¼ tasse farine
  • 1½ tasse cassonade
  • 1 cuil. thé soda
  • 1 oeuf
  • 1 tasse yogourt nature
  • ½ tasse huile
  • 2 tasses pomme en dés
  • ¾ tasse canneberge

Préparation

  1. Mélanger la garniture et déposer sur les muffins. Cuire four 375F 20 à 25 minutes selon les fours.

Muffin

  1. Mélanger la farine, cassonade, et soda. Mélanger l'oeuf, yogourt, huile ensemble et verser dans les ingrédients sec. Ajouter les pommes et canneberge au mélange. Déposer dans le moule à muffins.
