Gaufres 2

Ingrédients

  • 2 tasses (500 ml) farine tout-usage
  • 3 c.à thé (5 ml) poudre à pâte
  • 2 oeufs
  • 1 1/2 tasse (375 ml) lait
  • 3 c.à soupe (45 ml) beurre
  • 1 c.à soupe (15 ml) sucre

Préparation

  1. Dans un bol, battre les oeufs. Ajouter le lait. Mélanger les ingrédients secs ensemble et ajouter au mélange liquide. Bien mélanger le tout.
  2. Vaporiser le gaufrier de Pam ou mettre un peu de beurre. Placer 1/3 tasse (85 ml) de pâte par gaufre dans le gaufrier. Cuire environ 5 min.
