Ingrédients

  • 1 bouteille (750 mL) vin rouge espagnol
  • 1/4 tasse (50 mL) brandy
  • 1/4 tasse (50 mL) sucre granulé
  • 2 cannelle (bâtons)
  • 1 orange coupée en quartiers puis en tranches minces
  • 1 bouteille (1 L) Eau à l'orange « Frizzante » PC Splendido froide

Préparation

  1. Dans un grand pichet, verser le vin, le brandy, le sucre et ajouter les bâtons de cannelle et les tranches d'orange. Bien mélanger. Réfrigérer pendant 2 heures.
  2. Au moment de servir, ajouter l'eau minérale.
