Poivrons farcis dans la mijoteuse

Ingrédients

  • 4 Poivrons
  • 1/2 lb de porc haché non cuit
  • 1 tasse de sauce barbecue Bull's Eye
  • 1 tasse de riz Minute Rice non cuit
  • 1 tasse de petits pois surgelés
  • 1 tasse de fromage râpé Tex Mex Kraft .

Préparation

  1. RETIRER le dessus, le coeur et les graines de 4 poivrons. Mélanger ensemble 1/2 lb de porc haché non cuit, 1 tasse de sauce barbecue Bull's Eye et 1 tasse de riz Minute Rice non cuit, 1 tasse de petits pois surgelés et 1 tasse de fromage râpé Tex Mex Kraft .
  2. FARCIR les poivrons avec la garniture à la viande. Couvrir d'une poignée de fromage râpé.
  3. VERSER 1/2 tasse de sauce barbecue et 1/2 tasse d'eau dans la mijoteuse. Mettre les poivrons debout et couvrir. Cuire à BASSE intensité, de 5 à 7 heures (ou à intensité ÉLEVÉE de 2-1/2 à 3-1/2 heures).
