Ingredients:SALAD
- 4 large tomatoes, cut in thin wedges
- 1 English cucumber, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup (250 mL) pitted black olives
- 1 cup (250 mL) Tre Stelle® Crumbled Feta Cheese
Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Bertolli® Olive Oil (Extra Virgin recommended)
- 3 Tbsp (40 mL) lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5 mL) each dried oregano, thyme and salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
Salad
- Whisk together all vinaigrette ingredients. Combine all salad ingredients. Toss together. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time. Serve on salad greens, if desired.
