Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots or small zucchini, halved lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Hidden Valley Original Ranch® Creamy Dressing
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) Dijon mustard

Preparation

  1. Boil or microwave carrots until tender crisp. (Zucchini do not require pre-cooking.) Mix dressing, bread crumbs so much, and mustard together.
  2. Place carrots or zucchini on baking sheet; spread evenly with dressing mix. Broil 8in/20 cm from heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until browned.

Makes 4 or 5 servings.
Per serving: 164 calories; 2.0 g protein; 11.6 g fat; 13.4 g carbohydrate.
TIP: Cut vegetables in 1in/2.5 cm pieces and serve as appetizer or snack.
