Rôti de bas de palette à l'orange

Ingrédients

  • 1 rôti de bas de palette d'environ 1-1/2 lb
  • 1 oignon haché
  • le jus de 2 oranges
  • 1/2 tasse de bouillon de poulet
  • moutarde de Dijon
  • huile d'olive
  • sel-poivre

Préparation

  1. Badigeonner le rôti sur les deux cotés de moutarde de Dijon et le faire revenir dans l'huile d'olive. Saler, poivrer. Ajouter les oignons.
  2. Déglacer avec le jus des 2 oranges et le bouillon de poulet. Mettre au four préchauffé à 325 F et cuire 2h30 hres.
