- 3 tbsp (45 mL) butter
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 pkg (300 g) frozen whole green beans
- Salt and pepper
- In medium saucepan, melt butter. Sauté mushrooms over medium-high heat until tender and liquid has evaporated. Reduce heat and add green beans.
- Cover and cook over medium heat, shaking pan frequently, until beans are tender-crisp. Remove lid and increase heat. Cook and stir until excess liquid has evaporated. Add salt and pepper to taste
