ingredient
- 1 lb (500 g) softened butter
- 1 1/3 lb (650 g) Canadian Borgonzola cheese, cut in small pieces
- 1 cup (250 ml) chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup (50 ml lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 baguettes, thinly sliced
- Stuffed olives, cut in halves
- Red bell peppers in oil, cut in thin strips
Preparation
- In food processor, or blender, beat butter and Canadian Borgonzola cheese, until smooth. Add parsley, pepper, lemon juice and gently mix.
- Spread baguette slices with cheese mixture. Season with freshly ground pepper. Garnish with half olives and red pepper julienne strips. Serve immediately.
