- 2 cups SIROPRO maple syrup
- 4 apples
- Popsicle sticks
- Pour the maple syrup into a large casserole.
- Watch closely as your bring syrup to a boil over medium-high heat. Let simmer until a drop of hot syrup forms into a soft ball when dropped into a glass of very cold water. It should not be very hard yet.
- To make the maple candy apples, let the syrup simmer until the drop in the water becomes candy hard. Insert a popsicle stick into the centre of each apple and roll in the maple syrup.
