Sauce Stroganoff

Ingrédients

  • 60 ml (1/4 tasse) d'oignon haché
  • 284 ml (10 oz) de crème de champignons
  • faible en gras
  • 75 ml (1/3 tasse) de yogourt nature
  • 60 ml (1/4 tasse) de lait écrémé
  • 1 ml (1/4 c. à thé) de paprika

Préparation

  1. Dans une poêle vaporisée d'huile végétale, faire revenir les oignons. Incorporer les autres ingrédients et réchauffer à feu doux en remuant régulièrement.
  2. Servir sur du boeuf ou du veau.
