Mini-Gratins

Ingrédients

  • 4 tranches de tomates, coupées en quatre
  • 1/2 tasse de poulet cuit haché
  • 2 oignons verts, hachés
  • 1 c à thé basilic ou estragon séché
  • 4 oeufs
  • 1/4 tasse de crème 35% ou crème sure
  • fromage parmesan râpé
  • sel et poivre

Préparation

  1. Préchauffer le four è 350 F. Beurrer 4 ramequins ou un petit plat en pirex puis les saupoudrer de parmesan
  2. Répartir les mcx de tomate, le poulet et l'oignon vert entre les 4 ramequins. Saler, poivrer et parsemer de basilic. Garnir de crème.
  3. Casser un oeuf sur chaque préparation, puis saupoudrer de parmesan. Faire cuire au four 10-15 minutes, ou jusqu'à ce que les oeufs soient cuits.
