Tartinade caramel

Ingrédients

  • 1 tasse de sirop de maïs
  • 2 tasses de cassonade
  • 2 tasse de sucre
  • 2 tasses de lait
  • 1 bte de lait condenseé sucré (Eagle brand (300ml)
  • 1 à table de vanille
  • 1 c à table de beurre

Préparation

  1. Mélanger tous les ingrédients sauf la vanille et le beurre et amener à ébullition. Cuire 10 minutes en brassant.
  2. Ajouter la vanille et le beurre. servir à la température de la pièce.

Cook commentary

Essayer ce caramel sur un gâteau au beurre et de la crème glacée.
