Écorse au chocolat et aux amandes

Ingrédients

  • 6 carrés de chocolat mi-sucré
  • 1/2 tasse de pacanes, amandes, noisettes, au choix.

Préparation

  1. Fondre partiellement les 5 carrés de chocolat. Incorporer 1/2 tasse de pacanes, mélanger.
  2. Étendre sur une plaque à pâtisserie recouverte de papier ciré. Réfrigérer jusqu'à ce que les mcx de chocolat soit fermes. Casser en morceaux.
