brownies
- Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C). Stir together cake mix, butter and evaporated milk in bowl until smooth; stir in pecans. Press 2 cups (500 ml) of mixture into 13 x 9-inch (3.5 L) parchment paper-lined baking pan. Bake 8 minutes; let cool 10 minutes on wire rack.
Topping
- Combine chocolate chips with evaporated milk in microwaveable bowl; microwave on HIGH about 1 minute or until chips are almost melted. Stir until melted and smooth. Gently spread over cake.
- Arrange TURTLES over chocolate mixture. Using your fingers, arrange crumbled remaining brownie dough around TURTLES. Bake 15 minutes or until cake tester inserted in brownie comes out with a few moist crumbs clinging to it. Let cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm. Lift out of pan onto cutting board and cut into squares with each brownie containing one TURTLE.
