Beurre à la Créole

Ingrédients

  • 1/2 tasse de beurre mou 125 mL
  • 1 sachet de bouillon de poulet OXO? 1
  • 2 c. à thé de sauce au piment TABASCO? 10 mL
  • 1 c. à table de persil haché 15 mL

Préparation

  1. Dans un petit bol, déposer le beurre, le mélange de bouillon de poulet et la sauce au piment. Fouetter jusqu'à homogénéité. Incorporer le persil. Servir sur du maïs, des asperges ou ses légumes favoris, cuits et chauds.
