Ingrédients

  • 1 tasse de mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tasse de gelée de groseilles
  • 1/4 tasse de raifort
  • 2 c à tbale de vinaigre d'estragon
  • 1 c à table de moutarde de digon
  • 1 tasse de crème fouettée
  • 1/2 tasse de sherry sec

Préparation

  1. Mélanger la mayonnaise, la gelée, le raifort, le vinaigre et la moutarde.
  2. Fouetter la crème et l'ajouter au mélange. Ajouter doucement le sherry; bien mélanger. Servir avec le jambon.
